Founding partner, Colber Prosper, and his colleague, Vandy Kemp, first met at Maryville College. The circumstances included incidents of racism. We were asked to help tell that story and how it resulted in a long time partnership between Colber and Vandy at Prosper and Partners.

After we produced that video, we continued to work with Prosper and Partners highlighting his work with DEI and a range of management training. There’s a series about women in the workplace, working better together, and the Working Better Together podcasr.
